Extended Holiday Returns until January 31, 2026
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from 66°North.
All orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31, 2026.
Sale items have a 14-day return policy.
How to return
- Have your order number (EO-xxxx) ready.
- Register your return in the return portal here.
- Once your return has been registered, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions.
- Pack the items, remove or cross out old shipping labels, and send the parcel to our warehouse using any carrier of your choice.
- Keep your shipping receipt until your refund has been processed.
Please note: Return shipping costs are held by the customer, unless the item is incorrect or defective.
Return portals:
Exchanges
- Start your exchange request in the our return portal.
- You can exchange the same style for a different size.
- Once your return is processed, your replacement will be shipped immediately - free of charge
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Please note: You will cover the cost of sending your original item back to us.
Return in store
We are not able to process online returns in our stores. Please return your order through our online return portal.
When will I be refunded?
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your return.
- You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
- The refund will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase (e.g. card payments are refunded to the same card).
Important: We are only able to accept returns for items purchased directly from www.66north.com. If you bought your item through a retailer, please return it to them.
Return conditions
Please make sure:
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The item have its original tags attached.
- The item do not show signs of wear, stains, damage, or have any external odors.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
