U.S. Orders – Important Information due to recent changes in U.S. import tariffs

If an order is returned due to unpaid duties or tariffs, a refund will be issued minus the transportation cost. This does not apply to deliveries to Canada.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from 66°North. 

  • You have 30 days (14 days for sale items) from the day you receive your order to return any item for a full refund. 
  • Please note: Return shipping costs are held by the customer, unless the item is incorrect or defective. 

How to return 
  1. Have your order number (EO-xxxx) ready. 
  2. Register your return in the return portal here
  3. Once your return has been registered, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions. 
  4. Pack the items, remove or cross out old shipping labels, and send the parcel to our warehouse using any carrier of your choice. 
  5. Keep your shipping receipt until your refund has been processed.

When will I be refunded?
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. 
  • You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been issued. 
  • The refund will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase (e.g. card payments are refunded to the same card). 

Important: We are only able to accept returns for items purchased directly from www.66north.com. If you bought your item through a retailer, please return it to them. 

Terms and conditions

Please make sure: 

  • The item is in its original packaging. 
  • The item have its original tags attached. 
  • The item do not show signs of wear, stains, damage, or have any external odors. 
  • Shipping costs are not refunded. 
Exchanges

We are currently unable to offer an exchange facility. 

If you wish to exchange to another item, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
