Chris Burkard, an award-winning photographer and our brand ambassador, has spent years pushing the limits in Iceland’s ever-changing conditions. Now, he’s helped us design a capsule of clothing built to withstand them.

The Ljósufjöll Insulated Jacket is lightweight, highly functional, and designed for outdoor adventures. It features smooth two-way front zippers, two hand pockets, and two chest pockets, all equipped with lightweight YKK zippers and additional pullers for easy grip. The pocket placement ensures compatibility with backpacks and hydration vests.

A bomber collar provides wind and sun protection while allowing unrestricted movement. The elastic hem in the body and sleeves ensures a secure and comfortable fit. The jacket’s fabric is PFAS-free, bluesign® approved, UV+50 protected, and made from durable 48% recycled nylon. Inside, a built-in mesh lining with insulation delivers comfortable warmth while maintaining maximum breathability during high-output activities.
