Scandi 2.0 meets Nordic outerwear

Creative Director, Ditte Reffstrup of GANNI teamed up with the 66°NORTH design team to create the ultimate functional pieces for the GANNI girl, working in perfect balance with 66°NORTH’s strong heritage and outdoor culture.

“I love working with contrasts, it’s part of our DNA, so working with the 66°NORTH design team to create these amazing technical pieces brings a great counterpoint to the SS19 collection. The ‘Paradis’ collection is an homage to an era of what was, when we were less focused on modern elements of society. Teaming up with a Nordic outerwear brand is the ultimate way of reconnecting and getting back to our roots.”

In our own factories

The entire GANNI x 66°North collaboration is produced in 66°North‘s own factories in Latvia, Europe, where the majority of 66°North styles are produced.

66°North works closely with high-quality fabric manufacturers to offer the most innovative and versatile materials available, with some products taking up to 8 hours to craft by hand. The collab capsule is no exception as it features pieces made from the revolutionary Polartec® NeoShell®, a waterproof and highly breathable fabric.

New territories

“To us, GANNI is an aspirational brand that has achieved amazing success in the women’s contemporary space. The fact that both GANNI and 66°NORTH are Nordic brands expanding globally, provides both a unique opportunity to bring each other’s energy and strengths to the table and explore new territories. Each technical style in the collaboration has its own background and is inspired by the strong heritage of both brands.”
