Named after Iceland’s largest glacier, Vatnajökull is our most versatile insulated jacket made out of recycled materials. The jacket can be worn as an outer layer on a chilly day or as a mid-layer when a bit more insulation is needed. The jacket is designed to be used for activities such as hiking, cycling, skiing, or for when you go on a leisurely walk. The jacket is well-suited for changing weather conditions due to its breathability that will ensure you do not overheat during outdoor activities. The jacket is also water-resistant up to 5,000 mm/24 hrs, protecting you from light rainfall.

Ok is a hooded down jacket built to warm, not broil. Premium German duck down provides startling warmth. A sophisticated hybrid design ensures proper ventilation. Ok was designed with the needs of mountain athletes in mind: in treacherous conditions, sweat is just as dangerous as the cold. Doing anything in winter’s worst is hard enough. Why make it harder?   
Clever construction gives Ok its superior comfort. Ample amounts of high-quality down fill Ok’s quilting. A DWR-coated synthetic blend face fabric resists the wet. In high-vapor areas, panels of Polartec’s Power Stretch Pro technology grant both agility and breathability. The result is a down jacket that moves as you move, aerating the whole time. A central double-zip extends ease of wear. Two side pockets and one internal chest pocket keep essentials at hand. 
All down inside 66°North products is ethically sourced from our long-time German supplier, who has been certified in accordance with the Responsible Down Standard (RDS) Downpass, and the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®. Here, 800-fill duck down is used to provide exceptional warmth for weight.
