If you are not satisfied with any of the items, you can return your purchase for free within 30 days for a full refund. This only applies to web orders.

 

How to return

1.       Pack your items in their original packaging.

2.       Complete the return form that was included with the order and insert it into the package.

3.       Attach the pre-paid DHL shipping label to the outside of the package.

4.       Send us the package.

When will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued within 5 - 10 working days upon receipt. If you have not received a refund within ten days from shipping, please contact us on via the form below.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges online.

Return policy in our stores

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased, you can exchange your purchase or return the items within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be unused with original tags, and proof of purchase must be provided. Refunds are exclusively processed via the original payment method, same card or cash, and at the same store where the items were purchased. The same conditions apply to store credit and exchange. No refund is issued for outlet products.
