Most Internet orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Weekend days and major holidays are not included in the processing time). Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.
66°North strives to bring you the best service for your money when shipping your order. Shipping & processing fees include our service, processing, packaging and delivery costs for your order. 66°NORTH products are delivered from door to door by USPS.
Deliveries within USA
Deliveries within USA are not subjected to duties and taxes according to the receiving country’s laws. These charges are included in the shipping cost.
The charge for standard shipping is $9.95. The delivery takes 4 - 7 business days.
Deliveries within Canada
Please note that recipients in Canada will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE FEES including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis in Canada. This is managed by DHL or USPS on a 'pay on delivery' basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with items purchased at 66north.com, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund in the form of original payment of the bought item (shipping cost not included). All tags must still be attached to the item.
