Order Processing
Most Internet orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Weekend days and major holidays are not included in the processing time). Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.
Delivery Information
66°North strives to bring you the best service for your money when shipping your order. Shipping & processing fees include our service, processing, packaging and delivery costs for your order. 66°North products are delivered from door to door by DHL and Iceland Post to all countries. Unfortunately DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Delivery and prices
Shipping delivery method and prices are based on the total value of customers order. If the total order value is less than €140 customers can choose between delivery with standard shipping from Iceland Post for €9.95 or DHL Air Express shipping for €19.95.
If customers total order value exceeds €140 or more he/she receives DHL Air Express shipping for only €9.95.
For those customers that are in need of quick delivery we offer two-day shipping from DHL for €31.95 regardless of the total customer’s total order value.

Iceland Post Standard shipping
The delivery takes up to 7 business days. Deliveries from Iceland Post can be subjected to duties and taxes according to the receiving country’s laws. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.
Air Express Shipping
The delivery takes 4 business days. Deliveries from DHL are not subjected to duties and taxes according to the receiving country’s laws. These charges are included in the shipping cost.
Two-Day Shipping
The delivery takes 2 business days. Deliveries from DHL are not subjected to duties and taxes according to the receiving country’s laws. These charges are included in the shipping cost.

Return Policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with items purchased at 66north.com, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund in the form of original payment of the bought item (shipping cost not included). All tags must still be attached to the item.
