On October 20, 2008, 66˚North co-hosted Conflict of Interest X, the opening party to mark the start of the 28th annual CMJ Music Marathon in New York City.66˚North decked out a room at Conflict of Interest X with an Icelandic, cold weather theme.

This is the second year in a row 66˚North has been proud to support this event and to encourage new and upcoming music talent. CMJ is all about discovering the “next big thing,” whether signed, unsigned, indie, or major. 66˚North clothing appeals to this hip crowd of style-watchers and style-makers by keeping them warm and well-dressed.

Featured performers at Conflict of Interest X included the bands: Margot and the Nuclear So and So’s, And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead, and Rival Schools. Comedian Robert Kelly also performed at the event.
