The Polartec® APEX Awards are presented every year to the designers and companies that make the most outstanding Polartec® based products. Garments and accessories are judged on innovation, design, style, workmanship, fit and functionality.

All winning products are displayed each year at the Outdoor Retailer and Outdoor shows in the Polartec® booth. This year 66°NORTH was awarded the APEX award for both Glymur Women's Softshell Jacket and Glymur Women's Softshell Pants.  Both garments were designed by Bergthora Gudnadottir.
